This is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of Nurse Advisors within the West Midlands, South West, South Wales and to work in partnership with the regional sales team. The main focus of the role will concentrate on: key account management, supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance; developing training material, and contributing to the service with particular emphasis on ‘best practice’ in the promotion of continence. Applicants should be RN qualified (active NMC), with commercial experience, ideally have worked both in sales and nurse education or be a commercially focussed Nurse Advisors. Stamina, enthusiasm and first class communication skills are obviously essential, management experience desirable but not essential.
