Theatre Based - ATS ( Autotransfusion ) product

As a Nurse Advisor / Product Trainer, you will be the main point of contact for theatre staff. This role focuses on an autologous blood transfusion (ATS) system and you will be managing Hospital-based product installations - training and demonstrating equipment to theatre-based nurses, technicians and HCP’s, advising on 'best practice'.
•Permanent position (full-time Monday-Friday)
•There is no patient contact; this is a clinical teaching and customer management role.
•Working with autologous blood transfusion (ATS).
•Once a new hospital contract has been won by the sales team you will be managing those accounts in terms of training, product application, and customer contact.
•Delivering hands-on product training, advising on best practice, carrying out product evaluations, and meeting customer expectations.
•Product training for anaesthetists, perfusionists, technicians, and nurses in all aspects of ATS.
•Presentations and hands-on training sessions
•Set up and running of product trials
•Managing and prioritising your workload across the UK
•Supporting customers onsite visits and remotely.
A central base is ideal as you will be travelling across the UK to customer sites also supporting them remotely.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
•Professional qualification – RN or ODP
•Aptitude for training with excellent ‘people skills’.
•Full driver’s licence
•Experience of working in operating theatres ( as a Nurse / ODP or in a commercial capacity)
•Flexibility to travel throughout the UK to visit hospital sites (staying over).

•The starting package is £35.5Kpa (starting basic salary is £31.5Kpa plus an annual service bonus of £4Kpa which is paid annually.
