Summary:

This is a Nurse Advisor or Clinical Account Manager role and you will be working with a leading range of Infusion (IV) devices, pumps, syringe drivers and related consumables. Once a new hospital contract has been won by the Sales Representative you will be managing that accounts on a daily basis in terms of training, product application and customer contact. This will involve delivering hands-on product training, advising on best practice, carrying out product evaluations and meeting customer expectations. Managing and prioritising your own work load across a large geographical region

There are 2 regional vacancies:

•M5 / M4 Corridors: Swindon to Cardiff and Bristol to Worcester
•M25: London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey

Job Purpose:

•Manage, co-ordinate and deliver clinical product training to health care professionals, working with IV products. Manage Hospital accounts, ensuring profitable contracts are maintained and renewed.
•Design appropriate and consistent teaching / training programmes for Infusion Technology customers. Developing and agreeing the Learning Objectives with the customer.
•Monitoring, measuring and adapting teaching/training programmes for maximum effectiveness to ensure learning has been achieved by HCP’s.
•Managing the agreed budget for implementations.
•Conducting pre-purchase clinical presentations and product evaluations.

The Person:

•Clinical – Registered Nurse or Midwife, with Infusion Technology experience.
•People Skills – able to communicate clearly and concisely with personnel at all levels
•Problem solving – able to interpret the requirements of different customers and deliver training accordingly.
•Team Work – able to work closely with both Sales and Account Managers.
•Organised – able to plan and organise well in order to meet work objectives. Must be able to work on own initiative.
•Teaching Skills – able to train and teach a variety of health care professionals with differing learning styles on Infusion Technology product range.
•Willingness to travel
•Participate - to participate in national and local professional meetings, workshops, internal and external presentations to promote Infusion Technology products to health care professionals.

The Package:

The salary is £32.5Kpa (basic salary £28.5Kpa plus £4Kpa service bonus), there is also a fully expensed company car, laptop and iPhone. Full training and excellent prospects within the group.
